1. Scope范圍   

This document specifies the general quality requirements for “Sleeping Bag” and other similar products. It is used as a general guideline for inspection if clients have not defined their requirement.   

此文件為針對(duì)箱包及類似產(chǎn)品驗(yàn)貨的通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。如果客戶沒有特別的要求，在此定為通用的驗(yàn)貨指南

2. Inspection Criteria of Product / Package 產(chǎn)品/包裝驗(yàn)貨標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 2

Product: 產(chǎn)品

·Must be without any unsafe defect for using;   

不允許有在實(shí)際使用中任何對(duì)使用者造成傷害的缺陷；

·Should be free of damaged, broken, scratch, crackle etc. Cosmetic / Aesthetics defect;   

不應(yīng)有任何損壞，破碎，擦傷，或碎裂等外觀缺陷；

·Must be conb to the shipping market legal regulation / client’s requirement;   

必須符合銷往國(guó)當(dāng)?shù)氐姆ㄒ?guī)以及客戶的要求；

·The construction, appearance, cosmetics and material of all units should comply with   client’s requirement / approved samples;       

產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)，外觀，材料等必須符合客戶的要求或與樣品保持一致；

·All units should have full function complying with client’s requirement / approved   samples;   產(chǎn)品功能必須符合客戶的要求或與樣品保持一致；   

·The marking / label on unit should be legal and b.     

產(chǎn)品上的標(biāo)記/標(biāo)簽必須符合法規(guī)要求且清晰明確。

Package: 包裝    2

·All units will be adequaby packaged, and constructed from suitably robust materials,   such that it arrives in store in a merchantable condition;       

產(chǎn)品要有足夠強(qiáng)度的材料構(gòu)成的充分包裝，使得貨物以可銷售的狀態(tài)到達(dá)目的倉(cāng)庫(kù)； 2

·The packaging material can protect the goods from damage during transportation;     

在運(yùn)輸過程中，包裝材料能防止貨物受損；   2

·The shipping mark, bar code, label (such as price label), should conb to client’s spec.   and/or approved samples;       

箱麥，條形碼，標(biāo)簽（例如：價(jià)格標(biāo)簽）應(yīng)符合客戶的要求或與樣品保持一致； 2

·The package should comply to client’s requirement / approved samples;     

包裝必須符合客戶的要求或與樣品保持一致；   2

·Text of illustration, instruction, label and warning statement etc. must be bly printed   in user’s language;   

圖解，說明書，標(biāo)簽，警告聲明等應(yīng)清晰地印有使用者語言；   2

·The illustration and instruction on the packaging must conb to the product and its   actual perbance.   

包裝上的圖解和說明書必須與實(shí)際產(chǎn)品及其功能保持一致；   2

·The b and material of pallet/crate etc. should be approved by client.           

棧板/板條箱包裝的材料及方式必須經(jīng)客戶批準(zhǔn)   

3.   Inspection Plan & Defects classification

檢驗(yàn)計(jì)劃及缺陷分類      ?

Critical 0 Non-conbity is not allowed 2

AQL 1.5 For Major Non-Conbity 2

AQL 4.0 For Minor Non-Conbity
