PUR熱熔膠復(fù)合機(jī)特點(diǎn):
1、所用PUR熱熔膠不含溶劑，是理想的綠色環(huán)保膠水；
2、制品無殘存溶劑，生產(chǎn)無污染排放問題，節(jié)省能源，占地面積小；
3、復(fù)合的過程濕固反應(yīng)，不可逆，粘合牢固耐水洗牢度好；
4、PUR熱熔膠不含水和溶劑，無需烘干，復(fù)合速度快；
5、粘性強(qiáng)，用膠量省，節(jié)省成本；
6、復(fù)合過程全聯(lián)動(dòng)控制，基材無拉伸，質(zhì)輕柔軟，手感好；
7、熱源為油熱，加熱快，熱量均勻；
8、熔膠系統(tǒng)獨(dú)立出來，熔膠充分速度快；
9、點(diǎn)狀網(wǎng)紋上膠，成品透氣度好，立體感強(qiáng)；

操作要求：
操作者只有在完全熟悉，掌握機(jī)器的性能，工作原理后方可操作本設(shè)備。本設(shè)備必須有專人操作，非操作人員不能亂開，亂動(dòng)。
生產(chǎn)前應(yīng)檢查電纜、斷路器、接觸器、電機(jī)等電器是否符合要求。
生產(chǎn)前須檢查三相電源是否均衡，嚴(yán)禁缺相啟動(dòng)設(shè)備。
生產(chǎn)期應(yīng)檢查各旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭是否安全，管路是否暢通，有無破損，漏油，并及時(shí)排除。
生產(chǎn)前須將熱油機(jī)打開，待溫度升至工藝要求溫度后，方可生產(chǎn)。生產(chǎn)前應(yīng)檢查各氣壓表壓力是否正常，氣路有無漏氣，并及時(shí)修復(fù).
設(shè)備大批量生產(chǎn)前，應(yīng)先做小量試驗(yàn)，成功后方可大批生產(chǎn)。
生產(chǎn)前，應(yīng)檢查各液壓站、減速機(jī)、軸承瓦盒、絲杠等潤滑情況，應(yīng)正確及時(shí)的加注液壓油和潤滑油。
停機(jī)后，必須及時(shí)清洗膠槽及刮膠附件，網(wǎng)紋輥，清除機(jī)器各部分殘膠及污垢，以備下次使用。
