Product Debion and Use
Foral® 3085 synthetic resin is a glycerol ester of highly hydrogenated rosin. Similar to, but less refined than, Foral 85 resin, it is indicated for use in a wide array of adhesive tackifier applications where light color and oxidation resistance are needed.

Storage and Inventory Control
Pastillated or flaked resins may fuse, block, or lump during hot weather months, if stored near sources of heat, if double or triple stacked, or if stored for prolonged periods of time. These bs of resin are prone to gradual oxidation, some more so than others. This could result in darkening and/or could have an adverse effect on solubility in organic solvents. Care should be given to minimize opportunities for product oxidation throughout processing. Accordingly, it is strongly recommended that proper storage conditions and strict control of inventory be observed at all times, taking care that the oldest material is used first.

其它應(yīng)用:熱熔型壓敏膠,溶劑型壓敏膠。
石油樹脂在不同行業(yè)中的使用性能及作用:
A、油漆
油漆主要使用高軟化點(diǎn)的C9石油樹脂、DCPD樹脂、C5/C9共聚樹脂,油漆加入石油樹脂能夠增加油漆光澤度,提高漆膜附著力、硬度、耐酸、耐堿性。
B、橡膠
橡膠主要使用低軟化點(diǎn)的C5石油樹脂、C5/C9共聚樹脂及DCPD樹脂。此類樹脂和天然橡膠膠粒有很好的互溶性,對橡膠硫化過程沒有大的影響,橡膠中加入石油樹脂能起到增粘、補(bǔ)強(qiáng)、軟化的作用。特別是C5/C9共聚樹脂的加入,不但能增大膠粒間的粘合力,而且能夠提高膠粒和簾子線之間的粘合力,適用于子午線輪胎等高要求的橡膠制品。
C、粘合劑行業(yè)
石油樹脂具有很好的粘接性,在粘合劑和壓敏膠帶中加入石油樹脂能夠提高粘合劑的粘合力、耐酸性、耐堿性以及耐水性,并且能夠有效地降低生產(chǎn)成本
D、油墨行業(yè)
油墨用石油樹脂,主要是高軟化點(diǎn)C9石油樹脂、DCPD樹脂。油墨中加入石油樹脂能起到展色、快干、增亮的效果,提高印刷性能等作用。
E、涂料行業(yè)
道路標(biāo)志與道路劃線用涂料,石油樹脂對混凝土或?yàn)r青路面有較好的附著力,并且耐磨性和耐水性好,與無機(jī)物有著良好的親和性,涂布容易、耐候性好、干燥快、堅(jiān)固度高,而且可以改進(jìn)圖層的理化性能,提高耐紫外線和耐候性。石油樹脂路標(biāo)漆漸漸趨于主流,需求量逐年上漲。
