說明

1. GAS 系列為小型調(diào)節(jié)型。它的阻尼力,隨著緩沖器活塞的線性運動, 移動的液壓油通過油孔系統(tǒng)的量而變。通過撥動頭部的小型調(diào)節(jié)器(Adjustment Dial),調(diào)至符合用戶要求的最佳適度的阻尼力,滿足不同運動物體的撞擊.
2. 以螺絲組成的本體(Body)外徑,增大了其表面面積,不僅迅速向外排放機械產(chǎn)生的熱能,也便于產(chǎn)品安裝時位置的移動,可以準確地安裝到用戶所要求的位置上.
3. 的材質(zhì)為輕質(zhì)鉻鍍金,同時采用特殊封條,其功能超強,可適應(yīng)于長時間工作.
4. 此緩沖器可以減少機器運作時的噪音,同時緩沖器頭部本身起到了阻尼作用,無需單獨考慮阻尼器.
5. 使用于汽車生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、輪胎生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、鍛壓鑄造設(shè)備、象夾具組裝及移送裝備等需要緩沖的地方.
6. 非標準產(chǎn)品 : 根據(jù)客戶訂單的要求,設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)和供應(yīng)
7. 使用溫度 => 標準油 : -10~80°C
特殊油 : -30~100°C
8. 表面處理(標準型) : 無電害鍍鎳金
(訂單型) : 可生產(chǎn)著黑色鉻鍍金等
